Decided that it was time for Elijah to learn to sleep without patting.
Afternoon nap is alot easier to trained...he just see if I'm lying down beside the cot and not playing with him..he would self entertained and fall asleep eventually. That was easy.
The night sleep was alittle more tough..he cried and cried for a while...but I would say more of fuss...not so persistent with crying coz all mama could tell him was...caterpillar sleep....mama here....sleep sleep.
10 mins - 15 mins of off and on whining and fussing was all it took. Not too bad. I will persist on tom and for the afternoon naps too. :)
Way to go Elijah...you are doing great!!!
